Our executive team and founders are seasoned industry professionals who bring wealth of knowledge and expertise. With over 50 years of combined experience, we know what it takes to be successful.

Wilbert "Wil" Vaughn - Founder/President Wil served in the U.S. Navy for 28 years. After retirement from the military, he began a notable business career with TITAN Corporation, now L-3 Communications, as an Assistant Program Manager and Intelligence Support Analyst in support of the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations Intelligence, Plans, Policy,and Programs Division. Wil has also served as Program Manager for Research and Development of national systems in support of U.S. operating forces.

Vincent "Vince" Traeye - Founder/Director of Business Operations Vince served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years as a Special Duty Officer (Cryptology). After retirement from the military, he has been a Principal Systems Engineer with L-3 Communications, formerly TITAN Corporation, supporting the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations Intelligence, Plans, Policy, and Programs Division. Vince has also served as Program Manager for multiple programs within L-3 Communications.
